This warranty covers all costs associated with repairs or replacements required due to any manufacturing defects. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and is only valid for products that have been properly stored, used, and assembled.
What if my Booth product needs a repair?
At Humble Office, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products that are built to last. That's why we offer a comprehensive 5 year warranty on every unit we sell. If you encounter any issues with your product that are related to manufacturing defects, we will cover the full cost of any repairs or replacements required. What is covered under warranty?
We’re confident our booth is going to serve a long and fruitful life. Any manufacturing defects that occur within 5 years, we’ll either replace the relevant part or replace the whole booth
What will Humble do in the case of any defects?
At Humble, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products that are built to last. Humble will assess the product, either physically or via video call, and determine the solution to get things right.
If the problems with the product are due to manufacturing defects and are covered by the warranty, we will bear the complete cost of any necessary repairs or replacements.
Any repair work that is not authorised by Humble Office is not covered, and Humble Office retains ownership of any replaced parts. If the booth was not sold by Humble, the reseller will offer a suitable replacement, which will be determined at their discretion.
